This guide aims to inform all our members on every aspect of the resort and marina, including our services, amenities and contact information.

New Member Checklist:
Activate your online member portal at chubcay.club/login (see portal instructions at end of this guide)
Schedule a welcome tour with Guest Services. Also, see our RESORT MAP
Book your first stay using your membership number
Collect your club burgee at The Clubhouse reception
Follow the CHUB CAY CLUB Instagram page. Direct message the members name and member number to be accepted 
Arrange an introductory excursion with our watersports & boat charter center, Chub Cay Divers

✈️ Transportation to Chub Cay
From Fort Lauderdale, Florida:
Makers Air: Just a 45-minute flight to Chub Cay. Best to call for availability as not all flights are displayed online.

From Nassau, Bahamas:
15-minute scheduled flights offered 3 days a week out of Nassau, Bahamas. Book directly with Bill Munroe at Prestige Air – 242-434-0374. Payment is $130 per seat, cash payment only. Reach out directly- Private charters also available for any time of day, normally around $700/800
Airport Capabilities
- The runway is 5000 feet x 75 feet.
- Condition is fair.
- Runway 11 x 29.
- VFR day only.
- Ponding can occur after moderate rain.
- Unicom is 122.8.
Depart VFR and contact Miami center passing 7000 feet on 126.37 or 125.7 for IFR Clearance/VFR flight plan activation. - If you can’t depart VFR to 7000 feet contact Nassau Approach on 121.0
- Do not hire a handling service. Limited parking near approach end of runway 11.
- Typically used by Challenger 650, Falcon 50, Hawker 900xp. Cessna Citation Latitude.
- Additional parking on gravel south side of airport.
- Supports Global Express.

Dinner: Daily 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (reservations encouraged). Catch & cook available, bring your fresh catch to The Clubhouse restaurant ahead of time and we will prepare it for you. Enjoy a private in-room villa dining experience with your own chef, reserve through the Front Desk
Clubhouse bar: Open all day
Tiki Bar: Swim up to the island’s pool bar, the perfect spot to watch the sun melt into the turquoise Bahamian sea, all while savoring handcrafted, fresh cocktails!
- Thursday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (subject to demand and weather)
Nauti Rooster Bar & Grill – (Hang with the locals at this casual spot serving island bites and bar favorites where American classics meet Bahamian flavor)

- Kitchen: 4:00pm – 9:30pm
💆 The Spa at Chub Cay
Relax and rejuvenate with a range of massages available, including Swedish and deep tissue massages, refreshing facials, and more. Indulge in our brand new hot sauna. See more info on the Spa’s website page.

Our watersports and boat charter store, managed by Ana and Nick.
Offering scuba diving for all experience levels, including beginners, as well as other services:

- Blue Hole / Flo’s Conch Shack day trip
- Custom island-hopping trips

Kids over 8 yrs can do a scuba try-out session in the pool. It’s great fun and makes for awesome photos too!

📋 Code of Conduct
🤝 Respectful Behavior:
- Please treat all members, guests, and staff with courtesy and professionalism
- ❌ Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated
- 🔇 Maintain appropriate noise levels in shared spaces
🚭 Smoking Policy:
- ✅ Permitted only in designated outdoor areas
- ❌ Prohibited in all indoor areas, lodging, and the Clubhouse
🏢 Facility Use:
- 👥 Amenities are for registered members and approved guests only
- 📜 Guest limits and restrictions apply per membership agreement
📜 Club Policies
Dress Code:
- Restaurant: Smart casual attire required
No swimwear or fishing attire in dining areas
Footwear required in all indoor areas
Swimwear permitted only in pool, beach and marina areas
Guest Policy:
All guests must be submitted to the guest portal 48 hours prior to arrival for approval
RFID Bracelets:
Required to be worn at all times for security
Used for cashless transactions at the Clubhouse, Ship Store and Rooster (excl. Chub Cay Divers)
Pets:
- All pets incl. service / emotional support pets are not permitted in any indoor area incl. the Clubhouse, rooms, beach cabanas
⚓ Marina Operations
📻 VHF Channel: 68 (hailing channel) – you may also use this channel to request ice be brought to your slip
🚤 Approach: No wake speed in marina and channel
🛥️ Docking: Request slip assignment and dock assistance prior to entering the marina
⚓ Boat Ramp Services: Contact the front desk to schedule your boat to be hauled in or out
❌ Prohibited: No fishing, swimming or any in water activity in the marina, including SUPs/foils
🤿 Need Underwater Services? Contact Chub Cay Divers for bottom cleaning, repair assitance and anchor recovery
