Ownership at Chub Cay:
Lifetime membership plans are available after vetting to owners of slips, homes and lots on Chub Cay for a $250,000 initiation fee followed by $10,000 annual membership dues. There is currently a cap on the maximum amount of members until the next phase of the project is released.
The developer only sells lots that are membership eligible and rental pool eligible with full rights to tax deferral and duty concessions. A buyer should use extreme caution if he purchases a lot from a private party. We do not comment on private party disclosures.
For non-owners of property at Chub Cay, seasonal and annual memberships are available given the terms above. Please contact the front desk for more information.
